1. Terms of the contract

www.epiplopetrakos.gr reserves the right to unilaterally amend or renew these terms and conditions of the transactions carried out through its online shop, in accordance with its needs and fair trading practices. www.epiplopetrakos.gr undertakes to inform users of any amendments, as well as of any change, through the website of this online shop. It is clarified that a change of terms does not apply to orders you have already placed.

9. Product returns policy

You have the right to return the products you have purchased only in cases where they were defective due to proven fault on the part of the company, and within 20 days of receiving them. Returns are accepted only if the products have not been used and are in the same condition as when you received them.

10. European Alternative Dispute Resolution Body

Directive 2013/11/EC, which provides for the possibility of online resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure across the EU, was recently transposed into Greek law (by Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015).
